Final admission formalities
(final admission is subject to verification of the following documents in original)

1. Birth Certificate issued by the MCD.

1. Income Certificate issued by a Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tehsildar / BPL Ration Card (Yellow Card) / AAY Ration Card (Pink Card) in case of EWS candidate.

1. Photograph of Mother, Father, Child.

1. Proof of residence (Passport/ Driving License/ MTNL Bill/ Electoral Card)

1. In case of Alumni, a copy of class X pass certificate of Parent(s) issued by the CBSE.

1. In case of sibling, a copy of fee bill issued by the office for the academic year 2011-12

1. Undertaking that the child whose registration is being done is presently the only child of the Parent(s).

1. Certificate regarding transferable job from the Employer is to be submitted at the time of admission for verification

From Class II onward, Date of Birth mentioned in the Transfer Certificate of Recognised School. (With Counter Signed by Education Officer) shall be acceptable

Note:

1. School will have reserved a management quota of 20% of the total seats.

2. To seek admission at entry level i.e class I (first) the child should be completed the age of 5 years on 31-03-2012.
